        Self care is not selfish.

Your own self care will spread to others that you know and love.

Family food favorites are often the topic of conversation during the holiday season. We remember our Grandmothers, Aunts, and other family members that made special dishes that they perfected over decades of cooking. Remember those favorite meals and give thanks for the enjoyment they brought to the table.

Decide on a couple of family recipes that you will recreate this holiday season and tell stories about the times that you enjoyed the dish during the past.
